How I Got Here

I was originally on the path to become a doctor. While I was performing well academically, I was unhappy inside, so I decided to take a risk and leave to pursue psychology instead, a discipline I was passionate about. Although it was extremely difficult to start over after investing so much time and energy in medicine, it was the best decision for me. Along the way, I’ve had to overcome challenges and doubts in order to get to where I’m at today. Through my struggles, I developed skills, virtues, and a deep sense of purpose, all of which help me appreciate the pain I experienced along the way. I strive to help others through the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained along my path.
